Baby Hugs Open Positions

Baby Hugs (http://www.baby-hugs.com), an Amazon partner store, and a leading on-line and retail provider of baby clothing and nursery products has the following immediate open positions. The positions are both at the Retail location at Fremont Hub and at the Outlet store at Pacific Commons.

1) Assistant Store Manager . Tues-Fri & Sunday - Fremont Hub
- Must have the passion and capacity to learn in-depth knowledge of products. Once trained must be able to speak confidently about products.
- 3-4 yrs of Retail store Management experience necessary.
- Associate degree a must.
- Must be able to train sales associates on products, keep store in proper order, direct and delegate tasks to associates as necessary.
- Lifting items up to 40 lbs will be required.
- Keep inventory updated.
- Able to handle phone orders and answer questions about products.
- Checking in and updating incoming inventory.
- Maintain a very friendly atmosphere in the store.

2) Retail Sales Associate. Required to work at Fremont Hub and Pacific Commons.
- Online order packing as directed by packing supervisor.
- Will be responsible for cleanliness of store
- Will help customers with products and talk knowledgeably about products in department delegated
- Lifting items up to 40 lbs will be required
- Help customers to their cars.

3) Retail Sales Associate at Pacific Commons
- Must be fluent in Cantonese/Mandarin
- Will be responsible for cleanliness of store
- Will help customers with products and talk knowledgeably about products
- Packing of internet orders
- Lifting items up to 40 lbs will be required.
- Help customers to their car
- Online order packing as directed by packing supervisor

4) Marketing Associate (part-time):
- Will help in promoting Baby Hugs and event planning
- Must be very comfortable with public speaking
- Must have at least 3-4 years experiencing in marketing specialty stores and planning events
- Associate degree a must.

5) Accounts Clerk(part-time) - Pacific Commons:
- Will be responsible for filing all paperwork.
- Checking invoices against receivables for accuracy
- Responsible for accounts payable
- Must have a finance background & relevant Associate degree
- Knowledge of Quick books a great asset
