We want you to be happy with your Baby-hugs.com purchase. Should you need to return an item to Baby-Hugs, you may do so within 30 days of receipt of the item. Please call us to receive a RAN (Return Authorization Number) which enables us to track the return. You may only return unused items in their original resalable condition for an exchange or refund. Used or washed items cannot be accepted for exchange or refund. Certain products such as Breast pumps, diapers, diaper covers, training pants, pull-ups, potty, toilet trainers, eating utensils, blankets, bath and fabric items are considered personal use items and are not returnable once opened due to hygienic reasons. Furniture, stroller and car seats are not returnable. Sales are final on ON-SALE marked-down items and cannot be returned or exchanged. ALL Damaged items are exchangeable at our expense. For ALL defective items, please contact the manufacturer directly. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Please follow the steps below for an exchange or return:
- Call us at 1-408-271-2700 within 30 days of receipt of the items for a RAN.
- We will refund 100% of the purchase price of the item(s) only. Shipping costs ARE NOT refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or defective. The actual shipping charge will be witheld from a return credit if the original order met the free shipping threshold but exclusion of the returned item would have caused the order total to fall below the free shipping threshold.
- Pack and seal items securely and include RAN number. We are not responsible for lost items, so please insure accordingly. All packages must be prepaid - we cannot accept C.O.D.'s.
- If you decide you would like to exchange a product, the same rules apply as for returns. The item must be in their original/resalable condition and only product price will be credited (shipping costs cannot be refunded). You will be charged additional shipping costs for the exchange item.
- Please allow 3 weeks from the time you shipped the item back to us for us to process your return/exchange. Refunds will be made out for the product price only and can only be issued to the credit card used at purchase. Shipping costs are refundable only if a product arrives damaged due to shipping or is defective. You will receive a confirmation email once refund/exchange has been processed.
- If you are returning an item that was sold with free shipping, the cost of outbound shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Damaged or Defective Items
We want your shopping experience to be a positive one, hence we try our best to inspect all items before shipping, but incase if you have received an item which is defective or has been damaged during shipping please call us immediately. We will replace broken parts or send you a new one at our expense. You will need to ship us back the damaged or defective item at our cost. Order Cancellation Policy
If you have placed an order and would like to cancel it for some reason , please contact us either by phone at 1-408-271-2700 or email us at email@example.com within one hour of placing your order to cancel it free of any charges. After that hour, we will try our best to cancel it but there is no guarantee. In such cases, please refer to our Return Policy.
